Potato Gratin (150g) pre-portioned
Made with finely freshly sliced NZ Agria potato, cream and a hint of garlic, this pre-portioned Gratin has a classic and traditional homely taste that can make any meal shine. As it is 150g, it is a great sized portion to add as a hearty addition to any menu item, but if you re looking for something more petite, try our NEW 2023 70g Potato Gratin.

Cooking Guidelines (cook from frozen)
Note: Cooking guidelines serve as a guide only, as appliances may vary. Cook from frozen until desired colour & piping hot in the middle.
For best results we recommend pan deep fry to colour and finish off in the oven at 220°C.
Oven: Pre-heat oven to 220°C. Place frozen Gratin on a tray lined with baking paper. Brush spray with a little oil. Bake for 12 minutes then turn and bake for a further 8 minutes.
Deep Fry: Pre-heat deep fryer to 180°C. Deep fry frozen Gratin in small batches for 12 minutes.
Pan Fry: Pre-heat pan on a medium setting with a little oil. Then, carefully place frozen Gratin into pan and shallow fry for 12 minutes turning regularly. (Recommended cooking method)
Serving Suggestions:
Classic Main Meal: Top our Potato Gratin with succulent porterhouse steak and gravy. Serve with a side of fresh green veggies.
Eggs Benedict: For an elevated creamy eggs benedict, switch out your regular toast for our delicious Gratin and generously top with hollandaise.
